We source rod ends and clevis for suspension components. Profab's tolerances are tight and the material certs are legit. We verified them with our own XRF gun on the first order. Now on our fourth order and no issues.
We needed to upgrade the material grade on a linkage. Profab reviewed the specs, recommended a better alloy option, and the final parts performed exactly as expected in our environment. They clearly understand materials and industrial applications. Good factory.
Marine hardware for our charter fleet. Everything in 316L, mirror finish where visible. The cleats and turnbuckles have been in saltwater service for two seasons now, with no pitting and no discolouration. Worth the price.

There is no hard minimum. We regularly run prototypes of 100 pieces and full production runs of 10,000+. Pricing tiers at 100, 500, and 1000 pieces. We show all tiers in our quotes so you can see where the economics shift.
We regularly machine 303, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 17-4PH, 2205 duplex, 2507 super duplex, 410, and 430. If you need a grade not listed, just contact our team.
Yes. Send DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, or PDF with dimensions. If you only have a sample part and no drawing, we can reverse-engineer it for an additional fee. We review all drawings for manufacturability before quoting.
304 is the go-to for indoor and mildly corrosive environments. It is cheaper and machines easily. 316 adds molybdenum, which resists chloride attack, so use it for anything exposed to saltwater, coastal air, food-grade cleaning chemicals, or marine environments. The cost difference is typically 15–25%.
