Rod Ends and Spherical Bearings
Two-piece, offset, and self-lubricating rod ends sit beside spherical bearings for linkages, actuators, and steering.
Stainless Steel Rod EndsWe make stainless steel parts to your drawing or sample for equipment makers, brand owners, and sourcing teams.

Profab Machine is a stainless steel parts manufacturer that CNC turns and mills your parts, so you deal directly with the factory.
The same team reviews your drawing, makes the sample, and runs production. Questions about a tolerance or a finish go straight to the people who cut the part.
Beyond custom work, our catalog covers motion parts, mounting hardware, fittings, and marine hardware. We also supply stainless steel bar, tube, and plate for buyers who machine their own parts.
Four milestones trace how a machining shop grew into a maker of its own motion components.
Profab Machine began by CNC machining precision stainless steel parts for local industrial customers.
Rod ends, ball joints, and spacers became our core product lines, while custom CNC parts made to drawing grew beside them.
An independent lab tested our rod end bearing samples against the EU RoHS directive.
Finished parts leave the factory by sea, air, or express courier, whichever suits the order.
Our flagship motion components come first. Each card below opens the page for one product line or service.

We supply 304, 316/316L, and 17-4PH regularly. Other stainless grades, such as duplex 2507, are available on request.

Here is what happens after you send a drawing, and how long each step usually takes.
Send a drawing in DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, or PDF, or send a sample part.
Our engineers review the geometry, grade, and finish, and we typically reply within 24 hours.
Samples take about 20 days, and production starts after you approve them.
Standard production takes about 30 days, and custom or complex parts are quoted individually.
These four checks show when a part is measured against your drawing and what happens when one falls outside it.

The first part from each new setup is checked against your drawing before the run continues.
Dimensions are checked again during the run, so drift is caught before it reaches the batch.
Parts are gauge-checked and inspected against the drawing before packing.
When a part falls outside the drawing, a written corrective action process finds the cause and keeps it from repeating.
Pick your industry to see the parts we make for it and the grades that hold up in its conditions.
Boats and docks use our 316L cleats, shackles, and linkage ends.
Washdown lines run on our spacers, adapters, and conveyor hardware.
Beds, lifts, and lab equipment take our linkage, pivots, and frame hardware.
Rod ends, tie rod ends, and exhaust flanges go into road and off-road vehicles.
For machinery that runs wet or dirty, we make bushings, spacers, and linkage.
Mounting brackets, spacers, and fasteners hold solar trackers and racking together.
Ground support equipment linkage, spacers, and brackets are made to your drawing.
Send us your drawing, and we will tell you what we can make.
