How do you ensure stable product quality?
We enforce consistency controls on material and processes within each batch. You’ll receive a full set of quality inspection reports (material, hardness, dimensional accuracy). We also perform random sample checks on every batch and retain each batch’s inspection results.
The shipment lacked a material specification sheet / Do you have REACH/RoHS certificates?
Before shipping, we’ll send you a complete technical document package (certificates, MSDS, installation instructions). English versions of datasheets and test reports are available on request.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Some products have flexible MOQs (as low as 50–100 sets). We’ve also launched “Standard Combo Packs” for small-batch customers. Please send an inquiry for detailed options.
